True Elements Oats Pongal is a healthy and delicious snack option. These tikkis are a great snack and pair very well with your tea and coffee


1 cup True Elements Oats Pongal (Cooked as per packet instructions)
1 boiled potato
1 cup bread crumbs
1 tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Cumin Powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Chili flakes
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 Chopped Onion
A tsp grated ginger
1 chopped green chilli
Oil for frying

Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)

  1. In a bowl add all the ingredients and mix them well.
  2. Make small tikkis out of the dough.
  3. Heat a pan and add oil.
  4. Shallow fry the tikkis on both sides.
  5. Serve hot with ketchup.
