Enhance the crunch of this classic breakfast sandwich with True Elements Protein Mix. This recipe could be made by anyone, and enjoyed by everyone!


2 Multigrain Bread Slices
1 tsp Butter
1 medium Avocado
1 chopped onion
1 chopped tomato
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp True Elements Protein Mix
1 tsp Mint Chutney
1 Cheese Slice

Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)

  1. Heat a pan and add butter. Toast bread slice on the pan from one side and once it turns golden brown remove it on a plate.
  2. De-seed and mash the avocado, add lemon juice, salt and pepper, chopped onion and tomato, 1 tsp protein mix and mix all of it well. Guacamole is ready.
  3. While assembling, take the toasted side of the bread, apply mint chutney, add a generous amount of guacamole, top it with a slice of cheese.
  4. Heat a pan again and keep this on the pan, cover with a lid and let it cook on low flame until cheese melts and the bottom of the bread becomes golden and crispy.
  5. Remove the bread from the pan, add protein mix on top and serve it.
