Protein Oats Chilla

This super quick and easy-to-make Oats Chilla recipe is the perfect breakfast and snack you can ask for. Enjoy this oats chilla without besan.


1/2 cup of True Elements Rolled Oats
Chopped red amaranth leaves
3 tbsp of curd
1 tbsp flax seed powder
½ tbsp red chili powder
½ tbsp fennel seeds
Fresh coriander leaves
Salt as per your choice

Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)

  1. Grind the rolled oats in a mixer and now take a bowl and add freshly chopped red
  2. amaranth leaves and ½ cup of powdered oats.
  3. Add curd, flax seed powder, red chilli powder, fennel seeds, and freshly chopped coriander leaves and mix everything well.
  4. Add water and salt as per your taste.
  5. Take a pan and make a small dollop of the batter and spread it over the pan.
  6. Garnish it with grated carrot and sesame seeds.
