Ingredients
1/2 cup of True Elements Rolled Oats
Chopped red amaranth leaves
3 tbsp of curd
1 tbsp flax seed powder
½ tbsp red chili powder
½ tbsp fennel seeds
Fresh coriander leaves
Salt as per your choice

Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)
- Grind the rolled oats in a mixer and now take a bowl and add freshly chopped red
- amaranth leaves and ½ cup of powdered oats.
- Add curd, flax seed powder, red chilli powder, fennel seeds, and freshly chopped coriander leaves and mix everything well.
- Add water and salt as per your taste.
- Take a pan and make a small dollop of the batter and spread it over the pan.
- Garnish it with grated carrot and sesame seeds.
