Description


Here we bring a delicious and healthy breakfast recipe of quinoa cheese omelet. It is super healthy and very easy to make.

Ingredients


1/4 cup True Elements Quinoa
1 tbsp oil
2 Cheese slices
2 eggs
sea salt

Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)


  1. In a medium saucepan, add water. Upon boiling, add quinoa & cook it until tender, for about 10 minutes.
  2. Drain the cooked quinoa properly and keep it aside. let it cool
  3. In another pan, pour oil and heat to medium-high. Add the quinoa and fry until it turns crispy.
  4. Make 2 holes/wells in the quinoa. Crack eggs into it.
  5. Add pieces of cheese slices on it & continue to cook for a few minutes.
  6. In order to melt the cheese, cover it with a lid for a minute.
  7. Add salt to taste and mix well. Serve Hot.
