Quinoa Cheese Omelette
Here we bring a delicious and healthy breakfast recipe of quinoa cheese omelet. It is super healthy and very easy to make.
1 tbsp oil
2 Cheese slices
Directions(For qty, refer to the ingredients section)
- In a medium saucepan, add water. Upon boiling, add quinoa & cook it until tender, for about 10 minutes.
- Drain the cooked quinoa properly and keep it aside. let it cool
- In another pan, pour oil and heat to medium-high. Add the quinoa and fry until it turns crispy.
- Make 2 holes/wells in the quinoa. Crack eggs into it.
- Add pieces of cheese slices on it & continue to cook for a few minutes.
- In order to melt the cheese, cover it with a lid for a minute.
- Add salt to taste and mix well. Serve Hot.
