1 cup True Elements Quinoa (Cooked)
1/2 cup Boiled peas and Beans
Oil ( For Frying)
Semolina (For Binding)

- In a bowl add all the ingredients and mix it well.
- Make flat round cutlets of the mixture.
- Grease a non-stick pan with a little oil.
- Fry the cutlets on both sides until golden brown.
