1/2 cup boiled potatoes
1 cup mixed vegetables (boiled)
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
Salt and pepper as per taste
1 tsp Red chili powder
1 tsp Chaat masala
1 tsp cumin powder
1 cup bread crumbs
Oil for frying.

- In a bowl add all the ingredients and mix well.
- Make small balls and flatten them. Roll them in the breadcrumbs.
- Heat a pan and add oil.
- Shallow fry these tikkis and serve hot.
