BANANA PEANUT BUTTER OVERNIGHT OATS

Skipping breakfast is a really common phenomenon, and the most common excuse is not finding enough time to have your meal. Well, that’s no longer true with this quick-n-easy recipe which is delicious and nourishes your body to the core. It requires no fancy ingredients and absolutely no expertise in cooking and can be made by an amateur cook as well. Just simple, healthy ingredients put together to make a tasty, nourishing bowl.
- Yields: 2-3 Servings
1 cup Gluten-free rolled oat
1 cup Milk
1 tbsp Peanut butter
1/4 tsp Cinnamon, ground
1Mash the bananas, preferably ripe to overripe, thoroughly in a mason jar. Add all other ingredients to it and mix them well.
2Cover the jar and refrigerate overnight or for about 8 hours. Devour this creamy delicacy chilled.
