Rolled Oats Kanda Poha
Masala Rolled Kanda Poha, for Poha lovers. This has the goodness of rolled oats with the deliciousness of Kanda Poha.
Directions(For qty, refer to the ingredients section)
- In a bowl add 1 cup poha and add 2 cups of water.
- Heat a pan and add this mixture.
- Cook the poha until desired consistency. Keep stirring to avoid the poha from sticking to the pan
- Add salt and lemon juice to the poha as per requirement.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and chili masala pumpkin.
- Enjoy with a cup of tea.
