Do you love chocolates? Love Brownies? But are always thinking of how to reduce the Maida content in them? Scared of giving it to your toddler and kids? Yes! then this recipe is for you! I love Quinoa and making this recipe was an instinct. I am developing recipes using True Elements Quinoa. Inara loves brownies and I have seen recipes of Ragi Flour Brownies however never tried making it for my readers, This was instinctive and I made homemade butter and the original idea was to make Thalipeeth with Quinoa, Ragi Flour, Bajra and Sorghum Flour. But I stumbled on Chocolate lying in my fridge and there was homemade butter. Match made in heaven. No? The measurements were unplanned and proportion not really fully thought of. I always use 1 tsp of the baking agent to one cup Flour/ Wheat Flour or any other ingredient that you are using.
