Be it warm weather or a chilled morning, a wholesome glass of smoothie makes the perfect breakfast. This delectable smoothie brings together mushy bananas, sweet honey, and crunchy hazelnuts. The smoothie is yum and filling and leaves you energized. You can also have this delectable smoothie as your pre-workout snack or your mid-meal snack.

  • Yields: 2 Servings

Ingredients

2 cup Milk, chilled (you can also go for soy milk or nut milk)

7-8 Hazelnuts (soaked overnight)

1 Ripe banana

1 tsp Coconut flakes toasted

1 tbsp True Elements Raw Honey

Directions

1Add milk, soaked hazelnuts, banana and raw honey in a high-speed blender and blend well. This mixture has to be completely smooth.

2Pour the smoothie into glasses, top it with the toasted coconut flakes and relish this delicious treat.
