It can also be used to gratify your mid-meal hunger pangs and also as a pre-workout drink.

Ingredients

1/2 cup Dried Blueberries

2 Banana, ripe- 2

1 cup Plain yogurt

1 tbsp Raw honey

1 tsp Vanilla extract

1 pinch Nutmeg, ground

Directions

1Add all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until the mixtures turn smooth and frothy.

2Pour the creamy smoothie in two glasses and serve immediately.
