Yields: 6 pancakes.
1 ½ cup cooked Quinoa
½ teaspoon Baking Powder
¼ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Pinch of Rock Salt
1 teaspoon Honey
¼ teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
1In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix it well in one direction until it forms a smooth paste.
2Heat a large pan on a low medium flame.
3Add some butter or coconut oil to the pan.
4After the paste is ready, mould it into the shape of pancakes and place it on the pan.
5Let it cook for 1-2 minutes on one side until it turns goldenish brown. After that, turn it the other side and cook it again for 1-2 minutes.
6Once ready to eat, garnish it with honey or maple syrup and blueberries to add to its sweet taste.
7You can also serve these pancakes with fresh cream or flavoured yogurt.
