Shahi Phirni

Now that festivals are around the corner we bring this super easy Shahi Phirni recipe. It is nutrient-rich because of oats and nuts and is flavourful because of the saffron and cardamom.


1 cup True Elements Instant Oats
3 cups Milk
4 tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp True Elements Daily Dose Mix
1 tsp Saffron soaked in water
1 tsp cardamom powder

Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)

  1.  Grind half cup oats.
  2. Boil 3 cups of milk and add the powdered oats. Keep stirring to avoid lumps.
  3. Add 4 tbsp sugar and stir well. Add saffron soaked in water.
  4. Add True Elements Daily Dose Mix and Cook well.
  5. Turn off the flame and cool it down completely.
  6. Refrigerate it for 3-4 hours.
  7. Add chopped nuts on top and enjoy chilled Shahi Phirni.
