Steel-cut Oats Tikki
Make a delicious Tikki out of our Steel-cut Oats. These are great as an evening snack to curb your 5 pm cravings
1 boiled potato
1 chopped onion
1 cup mixed vegetables eg: Carrots, french beans, green peas, cauliflower, sweet corn (Chopped and cooked)
1 tbsp ginger garlic and green chilli paste
Salt to taste
1 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Cumin powder
1 tsp Garam masala
Oil for frying
Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)
- In a bowl add all the ingredients and mash them well.
- Make a soft dough out of this.
- Make small tikkis and flatten them in between your palm
- Heat a pan and oil
- Shallow fry the tikkis on both sides.
- Serve hot with ketchup
