Description


Ladoos always have a sense of nostalgia attached to it but some of them can really tend to be unhealthy. Here’s a healthy take on ladoos that are tasty and sugar-free too.

Ingredients


1 cup True Elements Rolled Oats
2 tbsp True Elements Roasted Flaxseeds
2 tbsp Sesame seeds
3 tbsp Desiccated Coconut
3 tbsp Jaggery

Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)


  1. Grind together all the ingredients except jaggery till you get a flour-like consistency.
  2. Melt the jaggery and pour it over the flour mix.
  3. Roll it into ladoos and coat with desiccated coconut.
