Description


This quinoa bowl is very nutritious and very delicious. Gets ready quickly and is a perfect light lunch option.

Ingredients


1 cup True Elements Quinoa (Cooked)
1/2 cup chopped kale
1/4 cup sliced radish
1/2 cup roasted sweet potato
1/4 of an avocado
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp chili flakes
1 tbsp salt
Chopped almonds to garnish

Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)


  1. In a bowl first, add quinoa and all the veggies.
  2. Add the spices, salt, and lemon juice.
  3. Mix everything together. Top it with almonds and serve.
