Sweet Coconut Bowl
Tender coconut is low on calories and is very refreshing. This sweet coconut bowl is a dessert made for weight watchers.
Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)
- Scoop the tender coconut malai in a bowl. Cut them into smaller parts if malai is thicker.
- Add in pomegranates and pumpkin seeds.
- Sprinkle some chia seeds on top.
- Add honey to it and mix gently and Serve it chilled.
