Tender coconut is low on calories and is very refreshing. This sweet coconut bowl is a dessert made for weight watchers.


2 tbsp Tender Coconut Malai
1 tbsp Pomegranates
2 tbsp True elements Chia Seeds
1 tsp True Elements Honey
1 tbsp True Elements Pumpkin Seeds

Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)

  1. Scoop the tender coconut malai in a bowl. Cut them into smaller parts if malai is thicker.
  2. Add in pomegranates and pumpkin seeds.
  3. Sprinkle some chia seeds on top.
  4. Add honey to it and mix gently and Serve it chilled.
