This Chia Drink is very easy to make and will turn your life around! It is extremely healthy & is very good for your overall health. This 2-step recipe can be relished for an entire day. Nothing is better than this Chia energy drink!
1 litre water
Sliced apple,kiwi, lime & fruits of your choice
Directions(For qty, refer to the ingredients section)
- First, soak 1/4th cup of Chia seeds in 1 liter of water for about 30minutes.
- Add chopped fruits of your choice.
- Add some lime if you want it tangy.
- Add mint to this to make it more refreshing
