Tasty Chia Salad
This power chia seeds salad is guaranteed to make you feel great and healthy! It is not only good in weight management but also boosts you with enough nutrients. This salad is vegan, gluten-free and is packed with super foods like chia and greens. Great for both lunch and dinner!
1 Chopped onion
Half cup yoghurt
Sugar & salt for seasoning
Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)
- To make this, Slice 2 cucumbers in a bowl and add 3 spoons of Yoghurt.
- Add 2 teaspoons of Chia Seeds and mix thoroughly.
- Put 1/4th spoon of sugar, pinch of salt and finely chopped onions in this mixture and mix well.
- Refrigerate this salad for atleast 2hours before serving!
