Thick Chia Pudding

The combination of yogurt and chia topped with mango is outstanding. It sounds unique and tastes unusually amazing!


1 tbsp True Elements Raw Chia Seeds
1 cup yogurt
1 tbsp Jaggery Powder
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
1/4 cup Chopped Mangoes
2 tbsp True Elements Dried Cranberries

Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)

  1. In a bowl first add yogurt, chia seeds, jaggery, and vanilla essence.
  2. Mix everything and keep it in the fridge for 3 hours.
  3. In a serving glass, add a layer of soaked chia, top it with fresh mangoes, add another layer of chia followed by mangoes.
  4. Repeat as many times as you like.
  5. Top it with cranberries and serve chilled.
