¾ Cup milk
1 spoon True Elements Honey
Banana
Peanut butter
Pineapple grated
Pomegranates

- Take oatmeal and add milk to it
- Add in mashed banana
- Add a spoonful of crunchy peanut butter
- Add honey to it
- Give it a nice stir with spoon
- Add grated pineapple on top and let it refrigerate overnight
- Take it out in the morning and top with fresh pineapple slices and pomegranates
