Right when you are in the mood of a delicious, fruity custard with some tangy delight to your taste buds, this refreshing bowl of Thick Pineapple Oatmeal is the perfect pick for you!


½ Cup True Elements whole oatmeal
¾ Cup milk
1 spoon True Elements Honey
Peanut butter
Pineapple grated

Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)

  1. Take oatmeal and add milk to it
  2. Add in mashed banana
  3. Add a spoonful of crunchy peanut butter
  4. Add honey to it
  5. Give it a nice stir with spoon
  6. Add grated pineapple on top and let it refrigerate overnight
  7. Take it out in the morning and top with fresh pineapple slices and pomegranates
