Ways to earn True Cash:

• On registration you earn 100 True Cash which is redeemable on your 2nd order.
• After every purchase you earn 2% True Cash against every product ordered.

Note: True Cash expires in 90 days after credited.

You can check your active True Cash balance by logging in your Account > True Cash.

How can you redeem your active True cash?

• To earn and spend reward points, you must be a registered True Elements customer.
• After you've added all of the products to your shopping cart, you'll see the available reward points on the 'Shopping cart' page during checkout.
• Click the 'Apply' button to apply the reward points to the order and complete the payment.

Note:

• You can only apply 250 True Cash to your order at once.
• You cannot apply True cash on your first order.
• After the 1st order is delivered you can apply the credited True Cash on your 2nd order.
• Against all your confirmed orders - 2% True Cash is credited against every product.
• True Cash expires after 90 days of the credit date.
