At times where people are now concerned about their immunity, it is best to have foods that are not only tasty for your palettes but also boosts your immunity. This one is for the ice cream enthusiasts, who would want their ice creams to be healthy yet tasty too! It makes an excellent substitute to morning coffee if you’re trying to cut back on caffeine in the afternoon when you need something to tide you over till dinner or in the evening to warm up or satisfy a sweet tooth.


1.5 litres Milk
20g Turmeric Powder
30g Sugar
Saffron strands, as required
2 tbsp True Elements Quinoa Millet Muesli, Turmeric Latte

Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)

  1. Boil 1.5 litres of Full cream Milk, and add 1-2 spoons of fresh turmeric to it (20gms).
  2. Add 30g of sugar and let the milk boil for a few minutes let it simmer until it is formed like creamy milk.
  3. Pour the mixture into silicone moulds, you can add Kesar, and freeze it for at least 4 hours. Enjoy!
  4. For a crunchy effect, you can also top this Icecream with Quinoa Millet Muesli, enhanced with Turmeric Latte
