Whole Oatmeal Smoothie

Make a delicious smoothie for breakfast when you are running late to work. This wholesome smoothie is delicious and filling.


1 cup True Elements Whole Oatmeal
1 cup Milk
1 banana (sliced)
1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
1 tbsp True Elements Protein Mix

Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)

  1. In a mixer jar add oatmeal, banana, cocoa powder, and milk.
  2. Grind it to a smoothie consistency.
  3. Top it with Protein Mix.
  4. Serve chilled.
