Description
Make a delicious smoothie for breakfast when you are running late to work. This wholesome smoothie is delicious and filling.
Ingredients
1 cup True Elements Whole Oatmeal
1 cup Milk
1 banana (sliced)
1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
1 tbsp True Elements Protein Mix
1 cup Milk
1 banana (sliced)
1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
1 tbsp True Elements Protein Mix
Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)
- In a mixer jar add oatmeal, banana, cocoa powder, and milk.
- Grind it to a smoothie consistency.
- Top it with Protein Mix.
- Serve chilled.
