Ingredients
1 cup Frozen Yoghurt of your choice
1 tbsp True Elements Raw Honey
1 tbsp True Elements Chocolate Granola
Fruits of your choice.
Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)
- In a mixer jar add yogurt and berries and make a smoothie. You can add honey for sweetness.
- Serve this in a bowl and top it up with chocolate granola.
- Top it up with berries mix and some honey.
