Yoghurt Dip
Description
Eating clean and fresh is the best way to deal with these hot summers. Yoghurt is known to cool the body from within and what better way to have it other than making a delicious creamy dip to pair with snacks and veggies
Ingredients
1 tsp Garlic Powder
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp crushed Black Pepper
1 tbsp True Elements 5 in 1 Super Seeds Mix
1 tsp chopped True Elements Berries Mix
Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)
- In a bowl Mix in Hung Curd with the seasonings.
- Add the berries and 5 in 1 super seed mix and mix well.
- Pair this dip with veggies or healthy crackers of your choice.
