This can not only meet your protein requirements, but will also keep you full for a longer time to avoid binge-eating on junk and will keep you healthy throughout. 


Finely cut Apple
Finely cut Banana
Finely cut Berries
Rolled Oats
Muesli of your choice

Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)

  1. Take finely cut fruits like apple,banana,berries in a jar
  2. Add a layer of yoghurt, then add Pre-soaked rolled oats as a third layer
  3. Add another layer of yoghurt
  4. For the fifth layer - add nuts and muesli of your choice to make it crunchy
  5. Add a final layer of yoghurt and drizzle some nuts or almonds on top
  6. Serve chilled
